Luna Marea brings together two of my interests: fishing and building tools. Tides, wind, swell, daylight: the project is about making these factors easier to read together.

Find a starting point.
Before comparing conditions, you need a location. Searching by spot or town provides an entry point without requiring knowledge of technical indicators.
02 / The choice
Put geography in the picture.
The map complements search. It puts spots in their geographic context, with a route into each spot’s detailed page.
03 / The result
A score with an explanation.
The spot page brings together a time window’s conditions and the factors behind its score. An explanation accompanies the number: it replaces neither official sources nor judgement in the field.
Current status
The website is publicly accessible. Some data is marked as simulated: these screenshots show a demonstration interface, not forecasts to use to plan a real trip.
